I acknowledge that my Beginners’ Course fee entitles me to training with Watford Running Sisters and that should I wish to continue running after the beginners’ course ends, I will have membership subscription for the rest of the year which ends in Dec 2011 and begins again January 2012.

I recognise that the Beginners’ Course Leaders, Instructors and Helpers are not qualified coaches or trainers but merely enthusiastic amateurs willing to share their enjoyment of the sport with me. I confirm that I, the undersigned, understand that participation in the course is entirely at my own risk and that I should consult my doctor if I am suffering any medical condition which might make running injurious to my health.
