Kathy has spent a long time and several telephone conversations sorting this out for those who requested affiliation and paid extra, you should all be getting your numbers soon

 

07.01.10 Purple Patch Weekend

As discussed at the recent AGM, Shirley Stirling is looking into a Running Sisters weekend away organised by Purple Patch who tailor make running weekends - but don’t worry it wont all be hard work as the hotels they use all have spa’s.  Dates, prices and much more information will  follow

 

07.01.10 Membership

Membership fees are now due, you should receive a form in the post which should be sent back in the post to Kathy Scruton, please do not bring any money on a Saturday morning.

 

24.10.09 Update on T-Shirts

The t-shirts have now been delivered to Kathy, and she will bring them  with her today.  If you have not already paid, please bring your money along in order to collect your t-shirt.  The cost is £10 and any cheques should be payable to Watford Running Sisters.

 

5.10.09 T-Shirts

The latest news we have on the t-shirts is that they will hopefully be sent to Kathy in the next few weeks, they have been made and are being printed with our name and logo.  I know some people feel  they have been waiting for a long time for their t-shirt, but please remember that the order was not placed straight away as we had to have a minimum  amount in order to qualify for the same price.

Go to www.running4women.com to register for their newletter.  They give lots of advice on all issues relating to running, and also have lots of information regarding runs.  If you register for their online magazine you will be sent a training diary to download.
